What are the festival’s hours of operation?
Our 2019 Nashville Harvest Festival will begin at 12PM and end at 6PM. Once this event has event, guests are welcome to dine in our Barrel Room Restaurant & Wine Bar or attend a show in one of our live music indoor venues! Are tickets required to attend this festival?
Yes! VIP and General Admission tickets are available through City Winery Nashville. As a reminder, we do not issue paper tickets. Photo ID and your confirmation email will be necessary for admission. Click here for more information.
What happens if it rains?
NASHVILLE HARVEST FESTIVAL IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT. All ticket sales are final. All events, prices, personalities, performances, venues, dates and times are subject to change without notice. Short bouts of rain are common in Tennessee this time of year. Performances will proceed in the rain unless weather conditions become threatening to performers or the audience. In the event of severe inclement weather, the safety of our patrons is our greatest concern. Any deviation from our performance schedule will be announced from the stage.
What should I bring to this festival? What is prohibited at this festival?
Valid photo I.D. for alcoholic beverages, cash/card for food vendor booths. If the weather calls for rain, feel free to bring your umbrella!
DO NOT bring guns, knives, weapons or dangerous devices of any kind. No backpacks, luggage, or coolers. No outside food or beverage is allowed. No drones or other remote-controlled aerial or ground-based devices. No illegal substances, drugs or drug paraphernalia. No unauthorized vending, sales, sampling, solicitation or distribution of materials including handbills, flyers, stickers, giveaways, etc… No audio recorders or video cameras. No camera stands, monopods, tripods, or attachment sticks. All personal items are subject to search at random. By attending this event, you are consenting to these requests.

This event is 21+ only. No children or pets allowed.
I can’t make the event. What do I do?
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds; however, if you find someone that you would like to use your tickets, we are happy to change the name on the reservation for you. Simply go to “Our Name Change” Page with your order number and enter the names of your guests. We will take care of the rest!
